Plans and renewal

Subscriptions cost $20 USD per month or $200 USD per year. A verified .edu account email receives 50% off automatically at checkout: $10 per month or $100 per year. Subscriptions renew on the selected schedule until canceled. There is no one-time purchase plan. The same account shares paid access across both brands.

What paid access covers

Active paid access enables official PDF, DOCX, text and Markdown exports and hosted resume links. Hosting and recipient PDF downloads require active access. Manual editing remains available when paid access ends. Included AI generation requires active paid access and is subject to the monthly request allowance. LinkedIn import requires a verified account and has its own monthly limit; see pricing for current limits.

Canceling renewal

Use Manage billing in My resumes to cancel future renewal. Access continues through the confirmed paid period unless a refund or dispute changes that access. A failed payment does not establish a new paid period. Canceling does not delete cloud drafts. Account deletion is a separate action that removes account data and ends subscriptions and access.

First-payment refund window

To request a refund of your first subscription payment, email [email protected] within 7 days of that payment. Include the account email so support can identify the purchase. This standard refund policy excludes renewal payments. Support reviews refund requests; canceling a subscription or deleting an account does not automatically issue a refund. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Saved and shared documents

When paid access ends, hosted pages and recipient downloads become unavailable. Files already downloaded remain with their recipients. Disable or rotate a shared link in the studio to control future access. Keep your own copies of documents you need.
